A brand new Backdoor Cinema is set to launch in Sydney.
Host Andrew Mercado has been talking about movies on TV and radio since 1999. He was Kerrie-Anne’s ‘Movies Man’ on Channel Nine for seven years, and has been a regular on Foxtel’s Channel [V], Max and Showcase.
Backdoor Cinema will showcase movies from four different eras of film, the ’50s to ’80s, with audiences dressing up to a theme. The first screening is of the infamous Number 96 for its 40th anniversary.
