Originally from Manly, Sally Beerworth has spent her last ten years in London.
She’s returning home to present her first-ever Australian word art exhibition. Beerworth has written a number of books, and her newest, Letters To The World, will be launched at the event.
The book will be launched alongside some of Sally’s selected works, pieces of ‘word art’. As an author, Beerworth finds power in words, and uses them as her primary medium in the art world.
The exhibition and book launch will take place at The Manly Painter’s Gallery on Saturday May 16 from 7:30pm. Entry is free and the event is kindly sponsored by Jacob’s Creek.
