After two decades without releasing new music, the Australian punk veterans are returning with a fresh album entitledIt’s Not Me, It’s You. To celebrate, they’ll be hitting the road.

With a career spanning 26 years, The Meanies have played alongsidethe likes of Nirvana, Pearl Jam, The Beastie Boys,The Lemonheads, Bad Brains and Fugazi. Since reforming in 1998, they’ve played only a handful of shows, with their latest tour set to be their most comprehensive in years.

The Meanies will play Newtown Social Club on Saturday October 3.
