Ocean Alley are bowling it for ten, and are set to release their greatly desired debut albumLost Tropics. The lads haven’t been a slackin’ and are keen to deliver the fruits of their labour with the launch of their album at Newtown Social Club.

Like a good paddle by the seashore, Ocean Alley have been groovin’ up an immersive one with tracks full of unique melodies, intricate guitar work and fresh energy that all eventuate in a more pleasantly broody aura than Ron Swanson on a BBQ binge.

Still in tune with the light-hearted reggae that launched them into the ears and hearts of many, Ocean Alley have been garnering up fresh tunes from new influences and tones, reaching an innovative and enhanced music sphere.

Yet the gents are not satisfied to talk the talk – they want to deliver the musica, for the proof is in the playing. Their album Lost Tropicswill drop Friday May 13 and the launch gig is cruising into gear at the Newtown Social Club, where Ocean Alley will bring forth every track with verve and gumption as only they know how.

Ocean Alley launch their new record atNewtown Social Club, Wednesday May 18.
