Opera in the pub? Yep, it’s a thing.

After sell-out performances earlier this year, Sydney’s very own Opera Bites is presenting Celebrated Highlights from The World’s Favourite Operas.

Opera fans and barflies alike will experience the classics of Turandot, Rigoletto, La Boheme or Carmen, in an atmosphere more personal (and cheaper) than the Opera House, but with no less glamour.

The package includes a craft beer or wine on arrival and a meal from the Dove & Olive’s dinner menu. A gold package is also available, and includes a bottle of prosecco during dinner and a cheese plate post-show.

Two shows are happening Sunday August 16 at the Dove and Olive, Surry Hills. For bookings and info visit here.
