Xavier Rudd has revealed the release date of his new album and a national tour to boot.
Recorded with Rudd’s new band, The United Nations, Nanna is due out independently on Friday March 13. Rudd’s eighth studio album,Nannawas mixed by the legendary Errol Brown at the Tuff Gong Studios and follows 2012’s successful number two albumSpirit Bird,which featured the huge single ‘Follow The Sun’.The album launch tour will take Rudd around Australia, playing dates in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Fremantle and Byron Bay. Rudd will hit the Metro Theatre on Saturday March 21. Tickets go on sale Thursday January 29 via Rudd’s website.
